Report an issue – whistleblower form

If you see something at OL-TRANS that you believe shouldn’t be happening, you can report it using this form. We created it to ensure your concerns are taken seriously and that you’re protected under the law and our internal policies.

You can submit a report if you suspect or are aware of:

a violation of national or EU law,
breaches of ethical standards, internal procedures, or company policies,
the planning, attempt, or commission of a prohibited act,
conduct that goes against assigned duties,
failure to exercise due care in performing responsibilities.

Your report will be reviewed confidentially and thoroughly. If you act in good faith, the law is on your side. This means you cannot be treated unfairly, subjected to retaliation, discrimination, or any form of punishment. Whistleblower protection applies even if the reported issue is not confirmed after investigation.

Keep in mind, however, that knowingly submitting false information in bad faith may result in consequences under applicable laws and internal regulations.

To help us handle your report effectively, please describe the issue as clearly and specifically as possible. Include facts, dates, names, locations, or any other details that can help us understand the context and take appropriate action.

You may choose to remain anonymous. However, please note that anonymous reports may be more difficult to investigate. In such cases, we won’t be able to follow up with questions or inform you of the outcome. That’s why—if possible—please leave your contact information, such as an email address or phone number. This will allow us to provide you with feedback and ensure full whistleblower protection.
